Cross Country Practice Schedule
Beginning August 19 -
Practices are held three days a week at the following times and locations:
Tuesday - 5:45- 6:45 pm - Governor's Mansion
Thursday - 6:00- 7:00 pm - Shunga Trail At Felker Park
Sunday - 12:30 - 1:30 pm - Topeka West High School
Athletes are encouraged to attend practices, regular practice helps ensure athletes are conditioned, while reducing the risk of injury. This will also allow for athletes to see progress and give them motivation to strive for future success.
Practice will be held rain or shine (exceptions for 100°+ heat index, hail, lightning and thunder), visit our Facebook page here for updates on practices.
Things to Bring to Practice
1. Water, hydration is very important, especially during summer.
2. Appropriate attire: warmups over shorts.
3. Training shoes and/or track spikes.
4. Positive attitude and willingness to work.
